Excellent question Greg. The first site that gets indexed by the search engines will be the site that gains the credit for the content. If history is our teacher, WP blogs pretty much win that race hands down. My suggestion for the whole duplicate content thing? Go to your Posterous blog or your WordPress blog and edit the copy making it unique if you wish to avoid duplicate content.
